Bavette (2.5lbs)

The Bavette rests right underneath the Flank Steak and is a highly flavourful cut. We think its one of the best kept secrets in the beef industry today. Lots of good marbling throughout the cut. Cut it into steaks or cook it as a roast. Use high, dry heat and cook to medium rare. Cut against the grain for best results.
