Skirt Steak (2.5lbs)

The skirt steak comes from the diaphragm, just below the ribs of the animal. Its quite a long cut of beef better known for its deep flavour rather than its tenderness. But don't let that hold you back! It's a great cut for fajita's and also a great choice for a marinating steak.
