Tenderloin (2 x 7oz)

The Tenderloin (or Filet Mignon) is considered to be the most tender of all steak classics. A soft textured steak with less marbling that delivers a unique flavour with and extremely lean and tender eating experience. Cut it with a knife if you wish, but we prefer to easily cut it with a fork.
